shipping & delivery
Once your order is on its way to you, it can take a few days for tracking to generate with the carrier. As soon as the tracking is available, we will email it to you. Transit time is 7-14 business days, depending on where you live.
All scheduling for delivery is done by the shipping companies we work with. Keep in mind that scheduling requires a lot of coordination .shipping companies offer multiple day and time slots. Standard delivery windows will occur Monday thru Friday, 8 am - 5 pm.
We offer Free shipping on all orders anywhere in the contiguous United States (excluding AK & HI)
We ship orders from our facility in Morocco within 2-3 business days after purchase. Shipping transit time is, on average, 7 to 14 business days. Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information that provides a more up-to-date delivery estimate.
We will ship your products to the entire contiguous United States except for Alaska and Hawaii. Unfortunately, we do not ship outside the continental US.
You will receive an email from us as soon as your order ships, along with a tracking number so you can follow it right to your door. If you signed up for SMS (text) alerts, we'd also send a text message to the mobile number you provided us.
This request is more common than you might think. Even if you can't accept a delivery anytime soon, you can still place your order now and just let us know when you want us to ship it. We will make a note on your order to hold shipping until your specified date.
We put a lot of love into the carpet we make and the care we take for our customers, and we choose our shipping companies carefully to continue that experience outside of BerberDezign. If you're having any issues during the delivery process, don't hesitate to give us a call so we can help.
Although our estimated delivery dates are pretty accurate, please note that this is not a guaranteed delivery date for your order, and these windows can vary by +/- 3 Business days. Additionally, delivery to some areas may take longer due to the frequency of deliveries to your zip code. Our system calculates this estimated delivery date using the total amount of time to process your order, including; packaging, transit time to the delivery provider, and transit time to the delivery address. As a result, you'll have a more accurate idea once your order ships from our facility.

Returns & Cancellations
To start a return, you can contact us at contact@berberdezign.com. If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label with instructions on how and where to send your package to our address in the USA. Items sent back to us without a request first will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return questions at contact@berberdezign.com.
We offer a 7-day return policy to give peace of mind while shopping. So you've got 7 "seven" days after delivery to send it back to us and get a refund, minus the shipping fee"we compare shipping partner's rates to offer the best discount possible," calculated off the subtotal of your order. We do not offer exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. We can put a hold on the requested item for you.
Please get in touch with customer service at 917-947-9095 once your return has been received and inspected. Once the refund is issued, allow up to five business days for the refunded amount to be credited back to your account.
Sales tax is tied to your zip code, and the sales tax rate depends on your zip code.
We accept payments from Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal.
